V . Slecial Provisions <br /> It is understood that the following provisions will be implemen- <br /> ted provided that sufficient funds are available for their imple- <br /> mentation: <br /> A. The units of general local government will have input into <br /> the size , composition , and selection of staff. <br /> B . Job training offices for participant eligibility determina- <br /> tion , counselling , job referral and job placement will be <br /> located in each county in the SDA. <br /> C. The Council will negotiate with the Triangle J Council of <br /> Goverhments to provide , under an annual contract , economic <br /> develOpment analyses to assist and augment the information <br /> sources and program planning of the Council . <br /> It is alsO understood that any funds received because of superior <br /> performance and/or the reprogramming of funds will be shared by <br /> each county on a pro rata basis . <br /> VI . Terms of Agreement <br /> This agrement shall be in effect until modified or terminated <br /> by any inky to it.
