The new standards also contain more detailed infor- <br /> mation and description on the construction requirements than the old standards. <br /> These detail are needed to administer the standards fairly and consistently. <br /> PRESENT PROPOSED <br /> 1-3 Class C 1-3 Class C <br /> 4-8 Class B 4-9 Class B <br /> 9 or More Class A 10 or More Class A <br /> The construction standards are also proposed to be changed. <br /> I <br /> PRESENT I PROPOSED <br /> Class C - 10'1 Travelway Class C - 8' Travelway <br /> Class B - 18' Travelway Class B - 12' Travelway <br /> Class A - 20' Travelway Class A - 18' Travelway <br /> r: The new standards will increase the number of lots that can be served by a <br /> Private Road and reduce the width of the road. Class C roads that are less <br /> than 500' long will not be required to be built to Orange County Standards. <br /> The standardslwill also more accurately describe how the road is to be con- <br /> structed in order to receive approval. <br />
