032 <br /> r <br /> L f) A change in use shall constitute a mod- <br /> ification. <br /> g) Substantial changes in pedestrian or <br /> vehicular access or circulation ,shall <br /> constitute a modification. <br /> 8.7.2 Review of Record Required <br /> The Zoning Officer shall, before making a determination as <br /> to whether a proposed action is a minor change or a modifi- <br /> cation, review the record of the proceedings on the original <br /> application for approval of the Special Use. <br /> 8.7.3 Action Required on Proposed Modifications <br /> The Zoning Officer shall, if it is determined that the pro- <br /> posed action is a modification, regraire the applicant to <br /> file a request for approval of the modification, which shall <br /> be submitted to the body which approved the original appli- <br /> cation. The approving body may approve or disapprove the <br /> appliication for a modification and, prior to its <br /> action, may hold a public hearing thereon. <br /> 8.8. Regulations Governing Individual Special Uses <br /> The regulations for each Class A and Class B Special Use <br /> are divided generally into two sections: the first consists <br /> of additional and specific components of the application <br /> beyond those necessary to comply with Section 8.6, while <br /> the second consists of the specific standards which are <br /> supplementary to the general standards in Section 8.2 and <br /> to the required conditions in Subsection 8.4.7. <br />
