Subject to paragraphs two and eight, the County shall provide to the <br /> e� Town by July 1, 1983, the following required equipment; <br /> ` A. 2 Prism II Word Processing Terminals � �' . <br /> c B. 5 "Adds" Data Processings Terminals <br /> � | <br /> C. 1 150 LPM Line Printer / <br /> � D. 2 4-Channel Multiplexers <br /> ' E. 2 0600 Baud Modems <br /> � <br /> , F. 2 Two-way automatic "Intelligent" Switches ! ----'l <br /> G. l Manual <br /> � H. 1 Manual <br /> � I. 2 One Channel'Modem (to Public Works Shop) <br /> � J. 1 300-500 wmp "Leiter Quality" Printer / ` <br /> , 2. The County shall not be required to purchase more than $20,800 in <br /> � equipment to meet the requirements of paragraph one. Uwnersh�p of equipment ! <br /> � purchased pursuant to this agreement shall remain in Orange County. However, ' <br /> � in the event less than $20,000 is expended to meet these requirements, the <br /> � initial payment (see paragraph 121 shall be reduced by the difference between / <br /> � $20,000 and the amount actually spent.
