Headings over the sound levels listed in <br /> Article ;II, Section (4) were inadvertantly omitted from the ordinance <br /> docume0t. They have been inserted in the copy of the ordinance <br /> enclosed as has the effective date. Please be certain that the <br /> enclosed copy of the Ordinance makes its way into the County's <br /> Ordinance Book. <br /> The Board also indicated its desire to amend the ordinance <br /> as indicated in the Amendments also enclosed.
