the limits set forth in Table I below when measured as specified <br /> in Article III. <br /> Table I: Sound levels (dB(A)) by Receiving Land <br /> 8 A.M. - 11:00 P.M. ll P.M. - 8 A.M. <br /> 60 50 <br /> (4) Sound levels in excess of those listed in Table I above will <br /> be permitted as follows: <br /> Without a With, a <br /> Permit Permit <br /> Thursday Evening 70 dB(A) 85 dB(A) <br /> (5:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. <br /> Thursday) <br /> Friday Evening 70dB(A) 85 dB(A) <br /> (5:00 p.m.1:00 a.m. <br /> Saturday) <br /> Saturday 70dB(A) 85 dB(A) <br /> (10:00 a.m.-1:00 a.m. <br /> Sunday) <br /> Article III: Sound Measurement Standards <br /> Standards, instrumentation, and measurement procedures to be used in <br /> the measurement of sound as provided for in this ordinance are as follows: <br /> (I) Sound level measurement shall be made with a sound level meter <br /> using the "A" weighting scale set on "slow response." <br /> (2 Sound level meters shall be of at least Type Three meeting <br /> American National Standards Institute, Incorporated (ANSI) S1.4 - <br /> 1971 requirements (or the latest approved version thereof). The <br /> entire sound measurement system shall be serviced and operated <br /> as recommended by the manufacturer. Persons using the sound <br /> level meters shall be trained in sound level measurement and the <br /> operation of sound level meters. <br /> -3- <br />
