O1 <br /> VI. The large rectangular plaza in the front of Center (see Area -C) will <br /> have an added flower bed or garden spot. It will be recommended that <br /> ailocal garden club be given the option of coordinating small projects <br /> in this anterior area. The Recreation and Parks Department would <br /> provide via this grant the materials for these "garden-spot" projects. <br /> The proposed project areas are not designated as flood areas and there <br /> is very adequate drainage in this section. The citizens of Hillsborough <br /> and the surrounding areas have always taken pride in their county and <br /> the historical preservation of the area. This proposal will be a great <br /> asset to the area. Therefore, making for a more attractive area for the <br /> citizens.' The primary users of the area will be the citizens of <br /> Hillsborough and the surrounding townships. All lands and areas addressed <br /> in this proposal are owned via a fee simple title and dedicated as public <br /> land for the citizens of the County of Orange. <br />
