31 <br />D-6 <br />(g) The RECIPIENT/SUBGRANTEE agrees to comply with tlxe Anxericans With <br />Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-3.36, 42 U S C Section 12101 et se if <br />applicable, which discrimination by public and private entities on the basis of <br />disability in the areas of employment, public accormnodations, transportation, <br />State and local government services, and in telecommunications <br />(h) It will comply with the Anti-kickback (Copelatxd) Act of 1934, 18 LJ S C Section <br />874 and 40 U S C Section 276x, which outlaws and prescribes penalties for <br />"kickbacks" of wages hr federally financed or assisted construction activities It <br />will comply with the provision of the Hatch Act, which limits the political activity <br />of employees. <br />(i) It will comply with the provision of the Hatch AcC, which limits the political <br />activity of employees <br />(j) It will comply with the flood insurance purchase requirements of Section 1O2(a) of <br />the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as amended Pub L, 93-156, 87 Section <br />975, approved December 31, 1973 Section 1O.3(a) requited, on and after March 2, <br />1974, the purchase of flood insuuance in communities where such insurance is <br />available as a condition for the receipt of any Federal titxancial assistance for <br />construction or acquisition proposes for use in any area, that has been identified by <br />the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development as an area <br />having special flood hazards..
