Cost Report and Request for Advance <br />7 Progress Report Form <br />8 N C Division of Emergency Management <br /> minimwn criteeia for local hazard mitigation <br /> plans <br />9 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Application <br /> Approved by FEMA <br />10 The RECIPIENT/SUBGRANTEE's <br /> application to the State for funding under the <br /> FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program <br />(19) <br />(a) This is acost-reimbursement Agreement The RECII'IENT/ <br />Si1BGRANTEE shall be reimbursed for eligible costs incurred in the <br />satisfactory performance of work hereunder in azr amount not to exceed <br />Ninety-Two Thousand, Nine Hundred and Eighty-Six Dollars <br />($92,98G.00) subject to the availability of fiords These costs do not include <br />the AGENCY/GRANTEE administrative expenses in the amount of Seven <br />Hundred and Tour Dollars ($704.00) These costs are the total estimated <br />project costs and are an estimate only and do not represent or indicate the <br />amount of Funds that will be provided for the acquisition of the structure(s) <br />The final project costs will be determined according to the policies and <br />procedures in the applicable North Carolina Division of Emergency <br />Management Standard Operating Procedure <br />(b) Any advance payment under this Agreement is subject to t17e approval of <br />the AGENCY/GRANTEE the amount which maybe advanced may not <br />exceed the expected cash needs of the RECIPIENT/SUBGRANTEE for a <br />Hazard Mitigation Page I4 FEMA-DR-1490-PODS Orange Comlly <br />Giant Agreement <br />
