072 <br /> 6 . 20 . 1 . Ground absorption systems with a design capacity of <br /> 3 ,P00 gallons per day or more and package treatment <br /> pints for sanitary sewage disposal are expressly <br /> prohibited in the AR districts and the Rural Buffer <br /> Districts as shown in the Land Use Plan except as <br /> may be approved through a Special Use Permit or a <br /> Planned Development District . <br /> 6 . 21 Existing or New Mobile Home Parks <br /> 6. 21 . 1 Existing mobile home parks that do not meet the sten- <br /> dazi7ds set forth in Sections 6 . 12 and S shall be con- <br /> srdered non-conforming .
