Number: 732-8181 Err. 346 <br /> • <br /> PURPOSE: To receive citizen input into proposed changes in the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> NEED: The distinction between a minor change and a modification in Article 8 <br /> Special Uses is not as clear as it might be. The proposed changes attempt <br /> to address this problem. <br /> There are some modifications which because of their nature could not require <br /> a complete new application or even a new public hearing to be held. The <br /> proposed changes allow conditions to be changed by the Board which approved <br /> the originallapplication and also allow the Board to decide if a new public <br /> hearing is necessary or desirable. <br /> Section 8.8 now requires the submittal of only 3 copies of the site plan. The <br /> proposed would specify that for Class B use 7 copies should be submitted and <br /> for Class -A uses 20 copies should be submitted. <br /> IMPACT: The proposed changes should mace the administration of Article 8 easier and <br /> should give More guidance to the Zoning Officer in deciding what is a minor <br /> change and what is a modification of a special use permit. <br />
