It appeared Orange County was not in <br /> a position to particlpatel, \ n a public <br /> airport . <br /> 2. The County did not plan to restrict^ develop- <br /> ment potential of property owners adjacent <br /> to any proposed private airport . <br /> 3. Given the above , the construction of a <br /> general aviation aiport would be a private <br /> venture , for the direct profit of the <br /> developers . This table contains all of the various <br /> zoning districts and a listing of different types of land uses . <br /> A particular use has three possible designations within any given <br /> zoning district . It may be a permitted use , a non-permitted use <br /> or a Special Use .
