It will take a month <br /> longer to complete this section than expected. • <br /> • <br /> IMPACT: It is uncleair in the Zoning Ordinance what procedure is necessary to approve <br /> a request foie an extension of time. At the discretion of the Board of <br /> Commissioners modifications to a special use permit may be granted without <br /> an additional public hearing (Section 8.7.3) .
