Sawyer (clvidow) to Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation recorded in deed <br /> book 252, page 993, Orange County Registry. The terms herein contained are <br /> binding on he present owner and their successors in title and interest until <br /> such time as the property herein described is no longer zoned PD-OI or equivale <br /> .1 <br /> or the conditions herein are otherwise changed by governmental action. The <br /> Planned Development shall be constructed in accordance with the Proposed Head- <br /> quarters Building Piedmont. Electric Membership Corporation Site Plan dated Move <br /> ber 8, 1982 including all construction elevations and narrative statement of th <br /> project all of which are incorporated herein and made a part of this Special Us <br /> Permit. Mils Planned Development shall also be maintained as constructed, as <br /> I <br /> required in Section 7.16 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance and as prescribe <br /> in the spec41 conditions listed below. That all signs for the c.leelopment shall be according to Section 7.16 and <br /> Article 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 2. Drainage, soil erosion and sedimentation plans shall be reviewed and approve <br /> by Orange County. The installation of control devices and on going construc <br /> tion work shall be inspected by Orange County. The site shall at all times <br /> be in conformance with the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. <br /> 1 <br /> 3. That the proposed dumpster be placed on a 10' x 20' concrete pad 6" thick, <br /> with wiremesh. <br /> 4. That the service entrance from NC-86 to the entrance gate into the storage <br /> yard be p4ved to N.C. Department of Transportation Secondary road standards. <br /> 1 <br /> 5. That the developer mark the 100' buffer on the perimeter of the site and <br /> take precdutions to insure that the grading contractor does not disturb the <br /> area. <br /> 6. The final site plan and narrative of the project incorporating all changes, <br /> deletions 6c1 additions through the final approval of the project are in- <br /> corporated herein and made part of the Special.
