C. 86 <br /> Tax Map 45, Lot 22 <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> The Class A Special Use Permit for a Planned Development -! Office Institutional <br /> was issued to us on January 3, 1983 for the Headquarter Facilities. <br /> The Special Condition - Item 7 - required that construction to begin within <br /> six (6) month g of issuance of the Special Use Permit. <br /> We find that due to delays due to finalizing plans with the Architect and approval <br /> through REA, Washington, D. C. we will be unable to let a contract for grading <br /> until July 1983 and construction in September 1983.
