The cost of this service to the Town will cover all <br /> associated Costs to the County plus a proportional sharing of our fixed operations <br /> cost. <br /> This will allow us to recover part of our investment in computer equipment and to <br /> off set part of our fixed operational costs. <br /> impAer: The primary impact will be in our 83-84 budget. The Town will pay for all <br /> additional required equipment and their operationing costs plus part of our <br /> overall operations spread over a four year contract. The first year is a <br /> break even situation but the next three years the return is greater than the <br /> expense.. This will not require any additional equipment at our location <br /> other than Itht required to communicate with the equipment located in Carrboro. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />
