However, those portions of the ordinance dealing <br /> with setback requirements for enclosures and the fee schedule were amended <br /> and adopted, respectively, for the first time on April 5th; therefore <br /> those portions of the wild animal ordinance addressing the setback require- <br /> ments and fee schedule are presented for a second reading at this time. <br /> Also attached are the enclosure standards for a first reading <br /> (Appendix A of Wild Animal Ordinance) . <br /> impact: Inspection costs are shown in the attachment; it is based on the known <br /> number of animals, number of hours for clerical time, permit processing, <br /> reviews, and inspections, cost per hour, and expert consultation.
