392 . <br /> We, the undersigned, petition the State of North Carolina to pave all or <br /> at least a portion of Linden Road in Orange County. This road is almost <br /> constantly in need of scraping and graveling and is in worse condition <br /> than any other road of comparable useage in Orange C.ounty. <br /> The condition of the road is not only damaging to the paint, tires and <br /> suspension systems of the vehicles which must use it but, more- importantly, <br /> it-is dangerous. Several passenger cars have slid into the ditch while <br /> trying to dodge holes as has at least one school bus.
