As of 1981 prioritization, Linden Road <br /> served 28 hones Along a length of 1.2 miles. <br /> However, six property owners along Linden Road have refused to sign right-of- <br /> may egreerrebts with DOT. Until adequate right-of-way along the length of the <br /> road can b obtained, DOT will not pave Linden Road. <br /> MKT: The petitioners have asked the Board to request DOT to pave the portion of <br /> Linden road which provides access to Brigadoon Drive. They have also requested <br /> consideratiOn of paving of the state maintained road within the subdivision. <br /> Paving of the portion of Linden Road would substantially benefit the subdivision <br /> via improved access. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
