Jones, Registered <br /> - ' <br /> a Surveyor dated June 7, 1968, said road being designated on said <br /> g plat as the "Old Cedar Grove Road" the said portion to be closed <br /> 0 <br /> 0 <br /> I! being that portion of the said road as it crosses the property of <br /> 4 the Petitioner, Joseph W. Garrard; said portion being more par- <br /> ° <br /> ticularly described as follows:: <br /> 6 <br /> 4 <br /> a Lying approximately 15 feet on either side of the <br /> following described center line: BEGINNING at a <br /> ' iron stake in the Southwest corner of the Highland <br /> Woods Subdivision as shown on plat hereinafter <br /> Preferred, the Southwest corner of a 1.64 acre tract <br /> shown on said plat; running thence South 350 3' <br /> 4 <br /> East 130.41 feet to a stake; running thence South <br /> 4 40° 15' East 217.23 feet to a stake in the center <br /> • 0 <br /> = of the right of way to "Larchwood !pad"; running <br /> thence South 38° 41 East 404.2 feet to an iron <br /> stake, corner with the Town of Hillsborough pro- <br /> perty. <br /> And it appearing to the Board of Commissioners that <br /> said portion of said road is not presently op6n for vehicular <br /> traffic or other purpose; and it further appearing to the Board <br /> of the Commissioners that the Petitioner, Joseph W.
