The consultant is <br /> not required to submit a brochure or standard 254 form if similar information is <br /> provided herein. <br /> This part of the proposal should also include a narrative which provides a state- <br /> ment of the purpose of the report(s), a description of the approach which will be <br /> utilized by the firm,I and a statement of what services will be provided in completing <br /> various elements of the report. The firm must also provide a work plan including <br /> a time schedule, which it proposes to follow in completing the required work. <br />
