CONTRACT <br /> The subsequent colntract or agreement executed between Orange County and the <br /> successful consultant shall contain basic provisions similar to those outlined <br /> in this Request for Proposals. <br /> I - <br /> Additionally, the County will have the right to terminate the contract or any <br /> task being performed by the Consultant at any time be written notice, if the <br /> County finds that it is inadvisable or impossible to continue the execution <br /> of the project, in which case the Consultant shall be paid for all services <br /> performed and all actual expenses incurred up to the date of termination. As <br /> a condition of receiving payment after termination, the Consultant shall deliver <br /> all completed and[urrompleted drawings, documents and data to the County. <br /> 11. OWNERSHIP OP DOCUMENTS <br /> Upon completion of the engineering reports, the Consultant will submit twenty <br /> (20) copies of the preliminary draft of the report to the County officials <br /> for review and approval. After the County has approved the report, the Consul- <br /> tant will prepare a final draft of the report and furnish fifty (50) copies of <br /> it to the County. I Additional copies will be furnished for the cost of reproduction. <br /> 12..
