PART B Complete constructioa drawings and specifications for initial phase of improvements. • Advertise and receive bids for initial phase of improvements. Prepare agreement documents for construction for initial phase of improvements and conduct administration of con- struction (as outlined in Phase 5). Close out construction under first phase improvements program.
