However, those portions of the ordinance dealing <br /> with setback requirements for enclosures and the fee schedule were amended <br /> and adopt d, respectively, for the first time on April 5th; therefore <br /> those portions of the wild animal ordinance addressing the setback require- <br /> ments and fee schedule are presented for a second reading at this time. <br /> Also attached are the enclosure standards for a first reading (Appendix <br /> A of Wild Animal Ordinance). <br /> I <br /> I . <br /> IMPACT: Administration costs are shown in the attachment; it is based on the known <br /> number ofrrnimals, number of hours for permit processing, reviews, and <br /> inspectio s, cost per hour, and expert consultation.
