BUILDING SURVEY/PROGRAM ANALYSIS/SCHEMATIC DESIGN <br /> PART A Measure existing building, prepare accurate drawings suitable <br /> ------- <br /> for record. <br /> Conduct detailed investigation of existing structural, mech- <br /> . anical and architectural conditions with the assistance of <br /> appropriate consulting engineers. Report findings to Owner. <br /> Review program furnished by Owner to determine project re- <br /> quirements and to confirm budget, and funding schedule. <br /> Investigate code requirements and review project design <br /> proposal with NC Department of Insurance to verify restric- <br /> tions and special provisions for historic buildings. <br /> Prepare schematic drawings and other document to illustrate <br /> the scope and relationship of proposed improvements. <br /> Prepare schedule, for proposed total improvements program <br /> and establish sequence for implementation for approval by <br /> Owner. <br />
