The contract is now submitted for approval . <br /> There is a need to begin this as soon as possible in order to have <br /> planning and drawings completed not later than September in order <br /> not to loose a grant of $4,000. <br /> IMPACT: The si ning of this contract will set in motion this renovation to be <br /> done in phases. There will be some space which will be renovated for <br /> courts in Phase I with other immediate needs such as roof, drains and <br /> gables; etc. We have about $58,000 at this point to begin construction <br /> with other needs coming in the upcoming year or years . <br />
