ORANGE COUNT i RESCUE SQUAD, ENC. <br /> The main base of operations for Orange County Rescue Squad, Inc. <br /> is located at 261 South Churton Street, Hillsborough, North Carolina, <br /> where personnel are on duty at the base twenty-four hours continually. <br /> Orange Count <br /> Rescue Squad operates the following vehicles which are <br /> jointly owed with Orange County: <br /> A. S I( b) general purpose van type ambulances equipped for general <br /> emergency medical care, and light rescue operations . <br /> B. One(1) general purpose modular ambulance/rescue unit equipped for <br /> general emergency medical care, mobile cardiac care telemetry, and heavy <br /> rescue operation. <br /> C. One(1) support car equipped for light emergency medical treat- <br /> ment. <br /> Orange County Rescue Squad staffs vehicles with the following mini <br /> mum personn l per duty shift: <br /> A. <br /> Ea h vehicle is staffed with a minimum of one EMT and one Ambulane <br /> Attendent . Coverage primarily consists of two EMT's per unit. <br /> B. A minimum of one EMT-Intermediate is on duty at all times . Also <br /> 'paramedic overage is many times available on duty at the base or an call. <br /> C. Orange County Rescue Squad volunteers staff-vehicles during the <br /> I <br />
