Corner of Historic Courthouse.
Dear Angel,
Following yesterday's site visit of the South-West corner of the soffit of the historic courthouse
with Jeff Spady and Pete (the carpenter) it has been decided that similar wood repair as the
South-East corner of the building needs to be performed.
This quote includes all materials specified as South American mahogany for all moulding. All
moulding used will be front and back primed with a shellac based primer, top coated in place
with two coats of Sherwin Williams paint.
Please note the moulding will be cut back no less than 4ft. on the larger crown and no less than
4ft. on the eve, in an aesthetically pleasing proportion. The soffit will be rebuilt with an inset
panel detail.
The cost of this repair is $7,495.00
In order to avoid another extra expense on the scaffolding due to court delays, we would like to
get a fairly quick response so we can execute this work asap starting this weekend(Feb. 24-25)
and have all the work completed by mid week.
Should you have any questions concerning this proposal, please feel free to contact me so we can
discuss any items.
We appreciate the opportunity of quoting on this project and look forward to working with you
should we be favored with the order.
