Application for North Carolina Education Lottery Proceeds for Chapel Hill —Carrboro <br /> 21 City Schools (CHCCS) and Contingent Approval of Budget Amendment#7-A Related <br /> 22 to CHCCS Capital Project Ordinances <br /> 23 The Board approved an application to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction <br /> 24 (NCDPI) to release proceeds from the NC Education Lottery account related to FY 2016-17 <br /> 25 debt service payments for Chapel Hill —Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS), and to approve <br /> 26 Budget Amendment#7-A (amended School Capital Project Ordinances), contingent on the <br /> 27 NCDPI's approval of the application and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 28 e. Public Safety Telecommunications Week Proclamation <br /> 29 The Board adopted a proclamation designating the week of April 9 through 15, 2017 as Public <br /> 30 Safety Telecommunications Week in Orange County and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 31 f. National Public Health Week Proclamation <br /> 32 The Board adopted a proclamation to officially recognize April 3 through 9, 2017 as National <br /> 33 Public Health Week in Orange County and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 34 g. Fair Housing Month Proclamation <br /> 35 The Board approved a proclamation designating April 2017 as Fair Housing Month in Orange <br /> 36 County and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 37 h. North Carolina Housing Finance Agency(NCHFA) —2017 Essential Single-Family <br /> 38 Rehabilitation Loan Pool (ESFRLPI7) Award <br /> 39 The Board approved the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Essential Single-Family <br /> 40 Rehabilitation Loan Pool Funding and Written Agreement for Sub-recipients and adopted the <br /> 41 Assistance, Procurement and Disbursement Policies for the 2017 Essential Single <br /> 42 Rehabilitation Loan Pool award and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 43 i.
