He said GoTriangle was told that <br /> 4 there is no guarantee that the BOCC is in favor of the LRT. He said the majority favor it, and <br /> 5 desire to work together, but there is no guarantee. <br /> 6 Commissioner Jacobs said all agreed that the current situation is a result of the State <br /> 7 cutting 15% of funding from transit funding. <br /> 8 Commissioner Burroughs said two weeks ago the police department in Hillsborough <br /> 9 started carrying naloxone, so that all local law enforcement departments now carry it.
