Major EAC renovations — Revere Road: perform major renovations to the existing EAC <br /> 39 facility at 306 Revere Road (see attachment number 2 for Revere Road EAC site <br /> 40 and space plans); <br /> 41 • Additional CIP funds required: $235,000 <br /> 42 2a.) Build new EAC-Torain St: Pursue a development plan and new construction of an <br /> 43 EAC facility located on County owned Torain St/Public Works Drive property (see <br /> 44 attachment number 3 for Torain St/Public Works Drive aerial); <br /> 45 • Additional CIP funds required: $1,850,000 <br /> 46 2b.) Build new EAC & Park Operations Center—Torain St: pursue a development plan <br /> 47 and new construction of an EAC Facility and a collocated parks operations space <br /> 48 located on the County owned Torain St/Public Works Drive property; <br /> 49 • Additional CIP funds required: $430,500 <br /> 50 <br />
