Therefore, under the authority granted <br /> me by G.S. 161722.2(d) , I approve the Orange County PIN indexing system and <br /> authorize its employment as the primary indexing system in your Register of <br /> Deeds office. <br /> The requested effective date of January 1, 1983, is approved upon one con- <br /> tingency.
