Jaguars. Jaguars of any species shall be housed in enclosures <br /> constructed to the same standards as those required for tigers except the fenc- <br /> ing shall be nol less than six guage steel chain link fencing, and steel posts <br /> at least two inches in diameter no more than ten feet apart (schedule 40 steel <br /> posts), anchored in concrete and at least 30 inches in the ground. Air- primary <br /> enclosures shal)i have a top or roof firmly :attached to all sides with no gaps, <br /> and constructed of not less than six guage steel chain link fencing. <br /> e. Bears. Large bears are considered to be among the more <br /> dangerous animals as well as the more escape prone. Bears shall be housed <br /> in a primary enclosure with at least 600 square feet per animal. There shall <br /> be no more than ne male and one female per primary enclosure. The primary <br /> enclosure shall be constructed of steel bars at least 3/4 inch in diameter, <br /> anchored in the round at least 30 inches in concrete. The enclosure shall <br /> be at least ten (10) feet in height and shall have a top or roof constructed <br /> ' of the same mate ial as the sates and firmly attached thereto with no gaps <br /> therein. All such enclosures shill be constructed so as to have a "crossweld!' <br /> at least each for (4) inches. . <br /> . <br /> 2. Secondary enclosures shall be constructed of not less than 11 1/2 <br /> guage steel chaz.rr link fencing and shall encompass all primary enclosures. . <br />
