Duties of Animal Control Officer. Upon receipt of a written <br /> application for permit to keep a wild or vicious animal, the Chatham County <br /> Animal Control Officer shall inform the applicant in writing if the enclosure <br /> standards for each type of animal are different from the Construction standards <br /> proposed and shall notify the County Manager who will report the application <br /> to the Board of County Commissioners.
