ORD/NANCE <br /> The Will n County Hoard of Commissioners does hereby ordain <br /> and enact as follows: <br /> POSSESSION OF NON-DOMESTIC ANIMALS PROHIBITED <br /> 1. Except as herein provided, it shall be unlawful for any <br /> person, firm or corporation to <br /> possess or harbor any nonw <br /> c5omes is animal or animals in Wilson County which are <br /> dangerous to persons or property or which have the potential <br /> of beano dangerous to persons or property. This ordinance <br /> shallInot apply to bona fide circuses, petting zoos and <br /> other traveling commercial animal exhibitions of limited <br /> duration. <br /> 2. The violation of this ordinance shall be a misdemeanor and <br /> any person convicted of such violation shall be punishable <br /> as provided in G. S. 14-4. Each, day's' violation of this <br /> ordin..nce is a separate offense. In addition, enforcement <br /> of this ordinance may be by appropriate equitable remedy, <br /> injunction, or order of abatement issuing from a court of <br /> competent jurisdiction pursuant to G.S 153A-123 (d) and (e) . <br /> Adopted, his 6th day of December, 1982. <br />
