PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL IN CONJUNCTION <br /> WI'i`I3 THE FINANCING AND ASSESSING BY <br /> ORANGE COUNTY OF THE LOCAL <br /> SHARE OF THE COST OF PAVING <br /> DUMONT DRIVE (S.R. 1595), <br /> IN ENO TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> The property described below, the names of the owners of said <br /> property, the assessment levied against each parcel of property, the basis for the <br /> assessment levied against said parcel and the terms of payment of the assessment <br /> all set forth below, together with tax maps of the project, constitute the <br /> assessment roll for the paving of Dumont Drive (S.R. 1505), in Eno Township; <br /> Orange County, North Carolina. <br /> BASIS FOR ASSESSMENT <br /> The basis for assessment against the property described b&o is <br /> frontage abutting the road at an equal rate per foot of frontage. The total <br /> amount assessed is S24,G38.00 which represents the total local share of the cast <br /> of this project. <br /> TERMS OF PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT <br /> A.
