Utilzation and Dissemination, The University faculty under contract <br /> to this project will have several opportunities to disseminate the results of <br /> the research] Their services have already been utilized extensively across <br /> the state by the state chapter of the NCCAN for workshops and this mechanism <br /> 7 <br /> will again be available to train child protective service workers, to apply <br /> techniques developed by he project. Secondly, the 6culty will incorporate the <br /> results of the project into their full-time teaching and continuing education <br /> activities. inally, the faculty will make the results of the project known to; <br /> - . instructors filiated with the Child Welfare Institute, a training resource for <br /> supervisory and administrative personnel in the child welfare field. <br /> . , <br /> The resu ts.oE this research will also be disseminated by the State Division <br /> of Social Seririces. In fact, the Division intends to publish and distribute the <br /> 1 <br /> results of the project to the other ninety-nine counties in he state. Additionally, <br /> 1 . <br /> the project staff and the Division supervisors will be available for participation • <br /> 1 . <br /> -at'state and local conferences, institutes, and workshops. Some examples of <br /> these workshops, institutes and conferences at which the above personnel will <br /> I • <br /> I <br /> disseminate information of the projects are: 1) the North Carolina Social <br /> Service institute, the UNC-School of Social Wotk's Annual Conference and the <br /> 1 <br /> Annual Conference for daycare center administrators and staff.
