Privacy of each unit <br /> is minimal due to close proximity of the mobile homes and minimal building <br /> setbacks. A private paved road will be provided with public water and sewer. <br /> All traffic will enter onto Orange Grove Road which is designated as a Collector <br /> Road in the Orange County Land Use Plan, <br /> :ECOMMENDATION: Planning Staff recommends approval. <br />
