COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION PROJECTS <br /> EXAMPLES OF ACTIVITIES: <br /> -dousing rehabilitation through loans and/or grants <br /> -Development of neighborhood parks <br /> -Property acquisition/disposition <br /> -Neighborhood public facilities <br /> THRESHOLD REQUIREMENTS <br /> A) 50% of CDBG funds must benefit low/mod income <br /> persons. <br /> B Applicant must have the capacity to administer <br /> a CDBG Program. <br /> FUNDING CYCLE <br /> -Applications are accepted annually, April 1983. <br /> FUNDING-LEVEL <br /> -Grants will not exceed $750,000. <br /> LOCAL OPTION <br /> -2O% of grant may finance local option activities. <br />
