6.l6.6.2.0 If a mew accessory structure is to be used for a home <br /> occupation, the following criteria must be met: (. <br /> 1. The accessory building shall be set back at least <br /> 30' Carther from the road than the residence. <br /> 2. The Accessory building shall not be closer than <br /> 40' to the side and rear property lines. <br /> 3. The accessory building shall be adequately screened <br /> from view of the road and the adjacent property by <br /> a daflsely planted evergreen hedge of shrubs or• trees. <br /> �. Anr outside storage of materials for use in the <br /> • home occupation shall. be totally screened from the <br /> road end, from adjacent property in the setae manner <br /> as the accessory structure. The outside storage area <br /> shall, not exceed 900 square feet, The minimum setback <br /> for the storage area shall be the same as for the <br /> accessory building. <br /> 6.7 Accessary Structures In Residential Districts <br /> Accessory structures shall not be erected in any required <br /> front setback or any closer to the road right of way than <br /> the residence, whichever is reater. This provision shall <br /> apply tO lots with less than 200,000 square feet—o;.'areE. .._T..-... <br /> On lots with an area greater than 260,000 scueii feet, an <br /> accents•ort' structure shall meet all anolicable dimensional <br /> requirements. <br />
