The U . S. Administration on Aging <br /> has established a 15% Program Income goal for Title III aging ser- <br /> vices and re9uires that clients be given an opportunity to contri- <br /> bute to the service . Orange County' s program income for FY83 (Oct.- <br /> June ' 83 , 9 ' onths) would be $5 ,793 for Title III-B Aging social <br /> services , Tile III-C1 , congregate meals - $6 ,526 and Title III -C-2, <br /> home delivered meals - $788. <br /> Two factors were taken into account by the Senior Citizens <br /> Board in resOonding to this federal <br /> directive <br /> ecaand <br /> dresestablishing the <br /> suggested donation amounts and collection <br /> 1 . 1 That donations should have a range so it would be <br /> adaptable to various client situations and ability to contribute. <br /> 2.
