Additionally, nine potential CDBG <br /> target areas were mentioned. A more detailed analysis of <br /> potential target areas was requested by the Board. Attach- <br /> ed is a Community Development Needs Chart which quantitatively <br /> ranks the nine potential target,areas and Orange County <br /> Housing and Community Development Study. <br /> Impact: The State's CDBG application deadline is May 2, 1983, A <br /> target area must be selected, if the County plans to <br /> meet this deadline, <br /> Recommendation(s): Authorize preparation and submission of a CDBG application <br /> for the Councilville Community. <br />
