• <br /> WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully request that the <br /> Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina adopt a <br /> resolution closing that part of the said abandoned road as here- <br /> inafter described permanently, pursuant to North Carolina General <br /> Statutes Section 153A-241 and 160A-299.
