The Town of Hillsborough does not <br /> 9. want to pay for extending the sewer lines to service Mr. Freeland's development. <br /> /q. Mr. Freeland would like to be able to phase this development in such a manner that <br /> 1. ha could provide adequate disposal methods. Mr. Collins described the flow of the <br /> 2. sewer lines to the Board. The lay-out of the sewer lines makes it feasible to <br /> !3. connect with the Town of Hillsborough's sewer system when necessary. <br /> Commissioner Marshall asked 1f there was a possibility:of several treatment <br /> 15. plants to serve individual residential developments in this area. <br /> .6. Commissioner Whitted said when "specific development plans" come before the <br /> 7. Board that would be the time "to be specific as to when municipal services ought <br /> `8. to be available." <br /> 9. Commissioner Lloyd moved, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the <br /> 30. Land Use Plan Amendment requested by James Has Freeland for 149.3 acres in <br /> 31. Marvin Collins said the Planning Staff recommends approval of rezoning the <br /> 35. southernmost ten (10) acres from R 1 to R-4.
