D. For projects determined to be suitable for Minor Subdivision review, the <br /> staff review period shall be a minimum of ten 00) working days before <br /> final action is taken by the Planning Director. (Note: Minor <br /> Subdivisions are generally defined as proposals which create no more <br /> than a total of three lots.) <br /> E. For A m endm eats to the Orange County Zoning Ordinance or Land Use <br /> Plan for ,Rezoning requests, the Town shall review the request within a <br /> minimum of thirty (30) working days before final action is taken by the <br /> Board of Aldermen. <br /> Carrboro will make a reasonable effort to review projects or proposals covered <br /> by this courtesy review agreement within a maximum courtesy review period of <br /> forty-rive (45) days. At the time materials are distributed for courtesy review, <br /> Carrboro will notify other jurisdictions of any meetings or public hearings <br /> scheduled -where" the proposals will be discussed. <br /> Carrboro shall not he required to delay approval of proposals or regularly <br /> scheduled Planning Board and other advisory board meetings until review <br /> comments have been received from other parties to this agreement. <br />
