The following review schedule pertains to projects within the jurisdiction of <br /> Carrboro:. <br /> In general, the courtesy review period for all proposals submitted to the <br /> Town under the Joint Planning Agreement shall be thirty (30) working days. <br /> This period will allow the Town staff to review proposals and make <br /> recommendations in a staff report prior to the proposal's being presented to <br /> any Town Boards. The Carrboro Planning Board will be notified of ail <br /> proposals received for courtesy review. <br /> 'rhe review schedule for projects within the Town's jurisdiction shall be as <br /> follows: <br /> A. For projects requiring a Special Use Permit, the Town's review period <br /> shall be a minimum of fifteen (15) working days before a final <br /> determination is made by the staff or the Board of Adjustment. <br /> B. Projects requiring a Conditional Use Permit shall have a review period <br /> of thirty (30) days. The review period shall include a Planning Board <br /> meeting and final action by the Board of Aldermen. <br /> C. For Major Subdivisions that require a Conditional Use Permit, the Town's <br /> review period shall be a minimum of thirty (30) working days before <br /> final action is taken by the Board of Aldermen. (Note: Major <br /> Subdivisions are generally defined as proposals which create more than <br /> three lots.) <br />
