Registration form Phone Number: <br /> pr1RpOSE: To consider giving second reading approval to a penalty clause. <br /> NEED: Under authority granted under NC General Statutes 153A-131, <br /> 153A-153, the Board at its March- 7, 1983 , regular meeting <br /> approved a resolution requiring registration and gave first <br /> reading approval to a penalty clause. Attached is the <br /> amended resolution which includes the penalty clause.
