Mr. Jack Dossenbach, representing <br /> our District on the Associate's Board of Directors, says the Association <br /> ation <br /> is requesting all the Counties to support this bill and to contact our . <br /> legislative delegation voicing such support. <br /> This bill does not repeal the sales tax on food. <br /> Senator Roy 11's bill (SB 51: 4% Sales Tax, No Tax on Food) does repeal <br /> the sales tax on food, raises the sales tax .01c and raises the sales <br /> tax on mot o7 vehicles. It does specify that a certain % of the receipts <br /> must go to schools, and clean water bonds, matching for Federal.
