Add $3,965.00 <br /> G.2 Allowance in contract for toilet accessories was <br /> $1 ,500. Bid came in at $1,436.24 so there is a <br /> credit to the contract. Delete 63.76 <br /> G.3 Allowance in contract for hardware was $2,500 <br /> under the General Contract, Bid came in at <br /> $2,978.40 so there is a need to increase the <br /> contract. Add 478.40 <br /> 0.4 Allowance in contract for metal lockers was <br /> $800. Bid came in at $624.00. Delete 176.00 <br /> 0.5 This is to replace the existing deteriorated <br /> loading dock and with new construction that <br /> would have proper footings. Add 1 ,105.00 <br /> IMPACT: Contract wlith General Contractor is $76,600. Approval of the 5 change orders <br /> would add a net amount of $5,308.65 to the contract.
