uhL <br /> 010 <br /> NC 86 could be improved along the frontage owned by this <br /> developer to a full 1 of a 4-land travelway, or accel and <br /> decel lanes with travel lanes 200' long and tapers 495' long <br /> or only tapers 495' long could be required of the developer. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the <br /> subdivision with the following conditions: <br /> (1) The Town of Hillsborough should certify <br /> that the Town will supply water and sewer <br /> service to this development. <br /> (2) There should be a note on the plat that no <br /> lots' shall have direct access to NC 85. <br /> (3) This total development may have significant <br /> impact on the traffic volumes on NC 86. There <br /> is a present ADT on NC 86 of 4100 (1981) . <br /> (4) Connection to the public sanitary sewer shall <br /> be made prior to the approval of the 76th lot <br /> in this subdivision. <br /> (5) Water and sewer plans must be designed by <br /> a registered engineer and be approved by <br /> the Water Resources Commission and Environ- <br /> mental Management Commission of the State <br /> • <br /> of N.C. Proof of approval must be submitted <br /> to the County and the Town. <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval with the above conditions. <br />
