There <br /> is a present ADT on NC 86 of 4100 (1981) . <br /> (4) Connection to the public sanitary sewer shall <br /> be made prior to the approval of the 76th lot <br /> in this subdivision. <br /> (5) Water and sewer plans must be designed by <br /> a registered engineer and be approved by <br /> the Water Resources Commission and Environ- <br /> mental Management Commission of the State <br /> • <br /> of N.C.
